Writing Effective Exams

Writing exams that effectively evaluate students’ learning can be a difficult task. Yet tasks can inform instructors whether their students are achieving their learning goals. During this hands-on workshop, Dr. Doug Bernstein, Professor Emeritus from the University of Illinois and Visiting Professor of Psychology, Southampton University, will discuss test construction, specifically focusing on the creation of multiple choice items on objective tests. *Advance registration in this free workshop is required.
