Maintaining Civility in the College Classroom

Dr. Gerald Amada received B.A. and M.S.W. degrees at Rutgers University and his Ph.D. in social and clinical psychology at the Wright Institute, Berkeley, California. He has published eight books and over eighty articles and book reviews on the subjects of mental health, psychotherapy, and disruptive student issues.

Dr. Amada will be visiting campus to discuss issues relating to maintaining civility on college campuses and how to handle disruptions in the college classroom.
